Course Content
This online guasha course consists of 3 video modules, in which both theory and practice are extensively covered. You can follow the modules at your own time and pace.
Module 1
Covers the basics: what is connective tissue and what is guasha therapy, what does it do, and why should you use it.
Module 2
In this module, you will learn how to start using the guasha stone. You'll learn how to hold it and discover the techniques, which we will then practice on yourself. Bonus: Learn how to treat your partner!
Module 3
The treatment of the horse, where you will learn which parts of the body to include and the best direction, speed, and pressure to use during scraping.
After completing all three modules, you can submit a video of yourself treating your horse. You will receive personalized feedback on this video to help you treat your horse even better.
Certificate: When you demonstrate the correct gua sha technique in the video, you will receive a certificate indicating that you have successfully completed the workshop.
